Job Description

• Act as the functional Telephony expert for EMEAI region in charge of service operation & service improvement
• Support Global Telephony team (US) in service strategy, design and transition
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects been the functional expert for EMEAI
• Contribute to the Globalization of Telephony processes & collaborate with Local IT Site Support (L2) on support & project activities
• Performs moves-add-changes, problem resolution, repair, coordination and preventative maintenance for the telephony infrastructure at multiple company locations in EMEAI
• Interfaces with internal customers (telephony services end-users), Local IT personnel regarding telephony services and operation
• Performs routine service, maintenance and monitor the telephony infrastructure, software/hardware
• Checks for availability, coordinates repair telephony services, alerts management of failures and degradation
• Maintains accurate records of problem resolution, repairs, downtime, changes and upgrades

Profile

• 3 years minimum experience in Telephony environment as Admin or Analyst
• Telephony equipment from vendors such as Siemens PBX (HiPath 4000, IPDA, IP Phone), Ability to demonstrate an excellent attendance record)
• Call-Center management product (Siemens HiPath Pro-Center), Business number routing, Interactive Voice Responder programming
• Unified Messaging (Siemens Xpressions)
• Good knowledge of Siemens product
• Telecom experience such as VoIP technologies
• Knowledge of Unix based Operating Systems
• Ability and flexibility to work after hours when needed
• Ability to perform proactively as well as have the ability to handle emergency situations in a timely fashion
• Good communication and teamwork support skills
• English and french fluent
• Swiss or valid working permit
